Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

7-Day Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order only in the following situations:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

Size Exchange

If your selected ring size does not fit, we offer a size exchange subject to stock availability. Customers may be responsible for the shipping charges related to the exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Used or worn jewelry.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
• Custom or personalized jewelry.
• Products returned without original packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed through a bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.
